Please note! We are not responsible for purchases made from other vendors.
Therefore, be aware of this when you shop from sources other than us.
We have received feedback from customers who have made purchases from other vendors, resulting in long delivery times, unexpected extra costs, and poor customer service. When buying from such vendors, you cannot expect to receive a 2-year warranty on the product, as well as experience problems if you want to return or request a refund.
We would like to provide you with the best possible customer service, but unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for transactions made outside of our control.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation via email.
You will receive a new notification when your order is shipped.
If there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

If you have not received shipping information after 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
All our products are shipped from Norway.
Delivery Time may vary significantly depending on circumstances.
The estimated delivery time (excluding weekends and holidays) for different regions is as follows:
Nordic countries: 1–5 days depending on country
Europe: 3-7 days depending on country
USA: 3–7 days
Rest of the world: 3–7 days
These estimated delivery times are based on the average of all products/shipments, it is not 100% accurate, and could be different depending on seasons.

Duty and Fees
At Bebird, there are no extra duties and fees that buyers have to pay, if the purchase is made inside Norway. Outside Norway, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We have a 2-year warranty on all our products, which means that if the product is damaged, you can request a new unit to be sent or request a refund.
To open a case, we must first confirm that the unit has actually been damaged. If this is the case, please contact us via email at email@example.com
