Right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior approval for return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your card.
Please send an email to our customer service with your order number. Please contact us before the product is shipped out, otherwise the cancellation request will not be accepted.
a) Shipping fees are included in the return of the package.
b) If you have not received a refund after processing, please first check your bank account again. (Contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before the refund is officially published.)
