Introduction

The agreement consists of a purchase agreement between the seller, Bebird AS, and the buyer of the product. The purchase agreement includes the terms and conditions of the purchase, the price of the product, and information about payment intermediaries and delivery. It also includes information about warranties and damages to the product. The risk for the product transfers to the buyer upon delivery, and an estimated delivery time is provided for Nordic countries.

The agreement will also be supplemented by relevant legal provisions regulating the purchase of products between traders and consumers.

2. Price

The stated price for the product and services is the total price the buyer shall pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Any additional costs that the seller has not informed the buyer about prior to the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.

3. Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions are binding for both parties once the buyer has sent their order to the seller. The terms and conditions are not binding if there has been a typographical or spelling error in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer's order where the other party should have understood that such an error was present.

4. Payment Provider

Payment for products purchased in the online store can be safely made through Vipps and Stripe.

Bebird has integrated Vipps Express Checkout. This means that you can now quickly and easily pay for goods at Bebird by using the Vipps app to approve the transaction. This makes the payment process more seamless and convenient, and makes it easier for you to complete the purchase.

Stripe accepts bank and credit cards with MasterCard and Visa. You provide name, card number, expiration date, and control codes (CCV) at payment. Your safety and security are very important to us, and with partners like Stripe, this security is taken care of.

We have no access to payment information such as credit card numbers that you provide during payment. This information is sent encrypted directly to them and is never in our server. We only receive confirmation that the payment has been made, so our system can set the status of your order to paid.

5. Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of the order confirmation via email.

You will receive a new notification when your order is shipped.

If there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

If you have not received shipping information after 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving the order confirmation, please contact us at mail@bebird.no with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Estimated delivery time

All our products are shipped from Norway.
Delivery time may vary depending on circumstances.

The estimated delivery time (excluding weekends and holidays) is as follows:

Nordic countries: 1–5 days depending on country

USA: 2-7 days

Europe: 2-10 days depending on country

Rest of the world: 2-10 days depending on the country.

The estimated delivery time is based on the average of all products/shipments, it is not 100% accurate, and may vary depending on the season.

If you have not received the product within 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

6. Risk of the product

The risk of the product passes to the buyer when he, or his representative, has received the goods.

7. Warranty/Damage

We have a 2-year warranty on all our products, which means that if the product is self-damaged, you can request a new unit to be sent or ask for a refund.

To open a case, we must first confirm that the unit has actually been damaged. If this is the case, please contact us by email at mail@bebird.no

If you received the order damaged, please contact us.

NOTE! Save all packaging material and the product before submitting a claim.

8. Errors, inaccuracies and triggers

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or statements related to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers and delivery costs on our website or service. We reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions and inaccuracies in the information at any time, and to change or update the information without prior notice. We can also cancel orders if the information in the service or on the website is inaccurate, even after the order has been placed.

9. Conflict Resolution

Complaints should be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this fails, the buyer may contact the Consumer Authority for mediation. The Consumer Authority can be reached at phone number 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no.

The European Commission's complaint portal can also be used if you wish to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

10. Age Limit
